On the first day of early voting, OVOV AZ PAC Boosts Candidates with Primaries for U.S. Congress, State Legislature, and City Council
Phoenix, AZ — As early voting begins today and ballots hit the mail for the July 30th election, Our Voice, Our Vote Arizona PAC is endorsing 11 candidates in primary races. A full list of endorsements for the primary election is below.
“Our endorsements aren’t given, they are earned,” said Sena Mohammed, executive director of OVOV AZ. “Each of these candidates has earned our support in their primaries by demonstrating their commitment to progressive change in Arizona. From safeguarding our democracy and protecting our rights, to building an economy where everyone in the New American Majority can succeed, these candidates are working to create an Arizona we all can believe in.”
Next week, OVOV AZ is set to announce a new electoral and organizing campaign focused on strengthening Black and brown electoral power in Arizona. Media will be invited. Details to follow.
“We are focused on empowering Black community members to vote in every election to build our civic power and change the face of our electoral landscape. In increasingly close elections, our votes can make all the difference,” added Mohammed.
